• All items listed on our website is actual inventory. Which means, we have that amount on hand.

What is your Warranty Policy?

• All retail box items carries it's manufacturer's warranty only.
• All AC Adapters, will have 6 Months Exclusive replacement warranty from HYRATECH.COM
• All other BULK/OEM products we sell will carry 30 Days warranty from HYRATECH.COM, Unless otherwise stated on it's specific product page.

How do I return / exchange an order?

• Login to your account.
• Click on "Order history" under "YOUR ACCOUNT INFO"
• Click on "Search" to find all previous orders
• Click on the Order # that contains the product that you want to return/exchange
• Click on "Create Return" above the company logo, or scroll down to the bottom to "Create return request" Section.
• Check the product(s) you want to return/exchange, Specify the Reason for Return and What you would like us to. Enter comment if any.
• Once RMA is Authorized, please send your product to:
